Zhao,Zhun:Chinese People Need Basic Human Rights Desperately

Chinese society needs to establish social system with democratic freedom, which should be the target of government reform. For the sake of making China a country with democracy, freedom, human rights and legislation, promoting democratic political reform as soon as possible is the priority of the Chinese government. Basic human rights given by constitution can be actualized with a democratic system.
Basic human rights are regarded as an universal concept and the most basic right given by God. Whether people have basic human rights or not is not only an important standard to measure if a country is ruled by law or not but also the only standard to judge whether a country’s social system is totalitarian or democratic. When people possess basic human rights, they can get right to elect or to be elected, which can reveal dignity of law.
Ending dictatorship of CCP in China and establishing multi-party democratic political system can make Chinese army nationalized and convert it into people’s army. As a result, Chinese people can easily implement citizen right in election, participating in political affairs, discussing politics and supervising authority.
