Zhang, Qi: Telling the Truth is the Basis for Establishing An Honesty Society

It is imperative to implement some democratic strategies in China. However, it must be established on an open and transparent basis as those democratic countries. Meaning of it also lies in educating the Chinese public to tell the truth and do things practically, promoting Chinese system to transfer from the autocratic one to the democratic one. Based on the present situation of many autocratic countries in the world, autocratic ruler will not automatically give up their autocratic ruling. In addition, they will not automatically accept supervision of common people and public opinions. In order to maintain their own autocratic ruling status, they will make up a series of lies to cheat on the public.
The autocratic government of the CCP has utilized conspiracy and lies to treat negative social issues in dark, cheating, hidden and covering ways. They not only conceal all processes and results of all social conflicts and contradictions between officials and the public, but also make a series of unreal staff to cheat on the public. They talk bad things into good things, talk danger into safety and talk black into white. They use their subjective will to make up reasons freely. How can such a society be an honesty one?
At present, in order to establish an honesty society, we must let everyone tell the truth, starting from the government and all officials because speaking out the truth is the basis for building an honesty society.
