Chinese Communists stubbornly adhere to the one-party dictatorship, and adhere to the monopoly of political power privileges. This is the biggest obstacle to a constitutional democracy in nowadays China. Facing with the trend of democracy in the world, it seems that the Chinese Communists rulers dare not brazenly "the party's leadership" to counter the democracy and the rule of law. But CCP would display the sophistry, saying that it is to uphold the party's leadership, the people being the masters of the country according to law and the dialectical unity.
No matter the people are the masters or the rule of law, they oppose to one-party dictatorship. The most basic requirement that People are the masters is to empower citizens of the state power as the sole source of legitimacy, and therefore the Government can only have in the general election, how can we allow the Chinese Communists adhere to "the party's leadership" without the authorization of a national referendum? Does not have the power comes from the people, thereby restricting people from the "party leadership" by themselves, how can the public "ownership"? "To the rule of law" is the most basic requirement of all citizens and all political groups in the law, equal rights, how can we allow some citizens to act as a natural "leadership" privileges? How can we allow the Constitution on the exercise of boundless power, "the party's leadership"? CPC why so neglect logic, self-deception?
