With development of Chinese economy, environment is not only deteriorating but also getting worse more and more severely each day. In current China, billions of people are short of clean water to drink. People in some areas drink contaminated water. In part of rural areas, water resources used for irrigation is not only polluted but also contains a lot of toxic material. Agricultural products produced under such conditions are consumed by the public. Judged via appearance, food processed from such agricultural products does not look different from normal food. Many nice fishes and aquatic products mainly come from polluted water resource.

Such terrible environment is due to the Chinese government and its officials’ long term focus only on economic benefit and ignorance of environment protection. As a government, the Chinese government should have enough acknowledgements on problem of environment pollution. It cannot let environment continuing deteriorating and should pay attention to environment protection as soon as possible. It should strengthen legislation on environment protection, input more capital in environment protection, and implement enviroment protection work practically.
