Lin, Wu: Must Prohibit Corruption of Officials fundamenally
林武(Lin,Wu)
The Chinese society possesses serious corruption problem, which has been difficult to prohibit due to autocratic regime of the CCP. Such corruption is typical institution corruption. It is not possible to solve it only by depending on force of the government. Facts prove that anti-corruption is only superficial. China is so big and has so many people. There are numerous corruption cases and corrupted officials. By only relying on some limited anti-corruption organizations and inspectors, how many cases can be checked? How many corrupted officials can be inspected? New corrupted officials will come into being before complete investigation of the old ones.
Look at current China, corruption phenomena still cannot be prohibited after so many years’ anti-corruption. The more investigation implemented, the more corrupted officers appear because a corruption system exists in China. Under autocratic ruling of the CCP, power of officials is given by system and the government. That is to say if the CCP government makes you possess authority, you will have an opportunity to implement power. If it does not offer you authority, you will not have such a chance. With authority, you can corrupt and have to corrupt even if you do not want to. No one will believe your innocence even if you say you are not involved with any corruption. Chinese system is an embezzlement and corruption institution. China is a home for embezzlement and corruption.
Facts prove that, only by ending one-party autocratic regime of the CCP can a institution based on democracy, freedom , legislation and law be established, which is able to prohibit corruption of officials fundamentally.
