Huang,Qiuxia:Calling for The Chinese Government not to Use Violence to Deal with The Public
黄秋霞(Huang,Qiuxia)
In recent years, the Chinese Government officials like construction for reputation and thus has implemented urban development on a large scale and violently pulled down common people’s houses. Various cruel and crooked methods have been utilized in violent demolition, such as using fire, taking actions in the night, acting in the name of economic development and detaining the elderly, children to reach an unreasonable settlement agreement, and so on.
The Chinese people are able to endure hardship, they can also consider situations referred to by the government, and they are afraid of violence. Their houses are gone without any compensation. When they sue the relative officials, usually judges will not see about it. When we went to the government to report it, the government said they would not see about it. Such a typical phenomenon is due to the rule of man took place of the rule of law.
In many places in China, in the process of violent demolition, officials protect each other. Collusion between officials and businessmen is very common. As a China Democracy Party member, we strongly require the Chinese government to abandon violence, stop persecution and implement the rule of law.
