Liu, Ying: Anti-corruption should Start on System

Chinese government just opposite corruption but never eradicate corruption from the system. This likes an example: one person doesn’t care of protection and improvement of his body and immunity system. When he has cancer, the recover fee must be higher, and if cancer cells spread his whole body, nothing could save him back to live.
Somebody says that there are all kinds of education and inspection system. First, these education systems are short of deep cultural and moral foundation and are not eligible to raise the social atmosphere. Second, these serial so-called inspection systems are just formal inspection among interest groups. These formal inspections not only hardly inspect efficiently, sometime are the protection for corruption. Only when corruption really endanger regime, anti-corruption can appear. This dealing way often use up huge social costs and can’t eradicate corruption thoroughly.
