Liu, Ying: Implementing Family Planning Policy is An Indication of Rule of Man
刘颖(Liu,Ying)
Since the reform and opening up, China has changed its original policy of planning economy and pursued market economy. However, the country's family planning policy has not changed. In many places in China, particularly in the rural areas, on the wall of the houses, billboard in road and along railway, you can see the violent slogans : "Whoever is going to be in violation of the family planning policy will have a broken family and dead family members." "Induce labor or abort the fetus, which is not allowed to be born.” This is evidence of the Chinese Communist government’s forcible enforcement of family planning policy.
A government uses over fast population growth as a reason to forcibly implement one-child policy in spite of the people's basic human rights and compulsorily make pregnant women who violate the policy to induce labor or abort their fetus. It stifles women’s aspiration of giving birth . Those women have no nowhere to avenge except by appealing in a variety of ways, such as protest, complaint, and so on.
A natural continuation of mankind is an objective rule. The Chinese government has undermined the principle that birth of population must be natural and objective. Such a phenomenon is an indication of rule of man in China. The Chinese women are looking forward to the day when the government can completely abolish the family planning policy.
