Jiang，Funa: When will the Goddess of Liberty Come to China

During June 4, 1989 democracy movement, those fighters who had the courage to pursue democracy and freedom established a plastic statue of liberty in Tiananmen Square, letting people in the darkness of China saw a glimmer of hope for freedom and democracy. However, a few days later, it was the Communist tyranny that used tanks to ruthlessly crush and repress the aggressive democratic and free movement. China restored its tragic situation like the hell. Then, people asked: When can the goddess of liberty come to China?
Nowadays in China the CCP is still dominating the country. All the other parties which can exist for a long time in the main land China are just desktop decoration. They are a vassal of the Chinese Communist Party and even an accomplice. They wear the same of pants with the CCP and are clowns using the same nose as CCP to breathe. Therefore in China only the CCP can make a decision. Other people cannot say anything but let the CCP do whatever it wants. In addition, since the ruling of the CCP, it has implemented instilling and brainwashing education. Every Chinese must have to admit that the CCP is good and socialism is good.
If you have any different opinion, you have no place to complain because the CCP controls methods for dissemination of public opinion. It restricts people’s freedom of speech. You cannot hear different voice in China but the one of the CCP. Voice of democracy and freedom cannot be shouted. Before you shout it out, it will be repressed. Therefore, in the one-party autocratic China, it is very difficult for the goddess of liberty to descend in such an unfortunate country.
However, we should not be pessimistic. The autocratic camp of the communism has collapsed. Only a few of them are left and struggle for survival. They are doomed to extinct and will not last long because they are autocratic, inhumane and against historical trend. Such a government cannot please the public. Dissolution of the Soviet Union and collapse of the Socialist camp is the best example of this.
Look at the Chinese mainland. The CCP represses democracy, represses the opponent, blocks message, and carefully monitors the society, but it has to implement reform because of promotion of historical trend and for the sake of saving it from dying fate. With opening- up of the economy and frequent interaction with the outside free world, awareness of democracy and freedom inevitably will influx in China and open people＇s closed sense, affect people＇s ideas, and enhance people＇s democratic awareness. Western culture comes and goddess of freedom descends in people’s heart quietly. People are beginning to wake up and start to fight against tyranny.Wengan incident in Guizhou is the best evidence.
I firmly believe that the CCP’s autocratic dictatorship will perish. The clarion of democracy is being sounded, the torch highly hold by the goddess of liberty will be light up the whole China!
