It should be mentioned that the Chinese government value education more or less, however, the policies and the measures put into effort which are supposed to value education just stay on the paper rather than put into effect. The educational development is sluggish; the educational funds are imbalanced, some students dropped out of school on account of lacking educational funds. Corruption was born in educational department and is now aggravating from educational management department to the entire school, which is far beyond imagination. The flaw in educational management system gave room and soil for the educational corruption.
One of the attractive problems that the educational department faces is that the officials in educational department are not either specialized in pedagogy or never do any research on education. How do they know how to operate education and how to implement the compulsory education under such situation?
China has a vast territory, the conditions all over the country differ a lot, especially the children in rural areas and those in urban areas are not engaged in compulsory education equally. The government should have pay attention to educational revolution, introspect whether their education is on the right track, self-criticize the educational corruption, and confine the corruption problem. As the government, they should know that good education relies on advanced social system and that the governmental policies and measures are far from enough.
