In a corrupted society, there must be a corrupted system, which inevitably supports the corrupted government. China is a corrupted society, in which there is corrupted autocratic regime as well as a large amount of corrupted officials. At present, authority of the CCP government officials has become a method to make big profit via embezzlement and corruption. Authority of officials surpasses law and the public’s benefit.

The Chinese government proposes to establish a harmonious society for the sake of social development，stability，and promotion of further economic reform to make most people wealthy, which is a good starting point and will. In order to achieve real development and stability, the Chinese government must punish corruption, establish organizations and systems to supervise authority of officials, complete legal system, and actualize rule of law to make authority under supervision of law.Only by promoting democratic political reform step by step and realizing multi-party execution in turn can the Chinese government fundamentally resolve the serious problem of corruption.
