Xu, Xiuyong:Authority Lack of Supervision will Lead to Corruption Definitely
徐秀勇(Xu,Xiuyong)
Authority may lead to corruption. Authority lack of supervision by law is an absolute power, which is bound to lead to corruption. Such a truth has been proved by many corruption cases in the world. Corruption and power are like peas and carrots. Where there is power, there is corruption.
Authority without restriction by the constitutional system will inevitably lead to self-expansion and absolute power. A major form of power expansion is corruption. Any organization and individual can have the privilege lack of supervision. In the Chinese society, the CCP authority leads all and the CCP government officials monopolize all powers in China. Their power is not restricted and balanced. The CCP government has made China the most corrupted country in the world within a few decades. Social system in current China is not democratic, not transparent, unfair and unreasonable. The CCP government does not figure out the reason from the system, which leads to ineffective anti-corruption. The corrupted government under the corrupted system is the reason why corruption in China cannot be controlled. If we fight corruption from reforming China's social system at first, the anti-corruption will be effective. Otherwise, it is just an empty word.
