Cui, Longyu: Corrupted System Inevitably Creates Corrupted Officials

There is an old Chinese saying: the lower beam will not be straight if the upper beamer is askew. There must be a corrupted social system existing in a corrupted society. Corrupted officials inevitably come into being under a corrupted social system.In current China, due to flaws in the social system, the Chinese Communist government officials control absolute power, which has become a method for officials to corrupt under the paternalistic management institution.

Such an unrestricted authority with protection of corrupted social system can be expanded in any place at any time to stay above the law and the public interest, which is the origin of severe corruption issues of the Chinese society and officials.

Fighting corruption is a major issue for the CCP government.Because of problems existing in the Chinese system, corruption problem cannot be solved. Corrupted system appeared before corrupted officials, which is decided by the autocratic regime in China.The Chinese government can combat corruption well only by reforming the social system.
