Jiang, Yuchen: Promote Reform on China’s Economy and Social System

China＇s reform and opening up policy has been implemented for over thirty years. It has been effective in the economic aspect and the economy has maintained a high rate of speed of development,which is inseparable from the common people＇s efforts. China has undergone countless wars in history and the country is poor and undeveloped. Although in recent years China has achieved some development and progress, compared with economically developed countries in the world, China’s prosperity is on the surface. In the depth of the entire Chinese society, conflicts regarding the unfair distribution of wealth and wealth gap are very obvious. Credibility crisis of the government is declining each year.
All these years, the Chinese Communist government has laid emphasis on economic development, ignoring China＇s environmental protection. Pollution is serious. Food safety accidents appear from time to time which has added heavy burden to the healthy development of Chinese economy.
The Chinese Communist Government has no alternative but to conform to the historical trend, implement reform of democratic and free system, return authority to the common people, guarantee the basic human rights and ensure the real development of market economy. Only by this way can the economic and social reform achievements be obtained.
