Ma, Xing: Monopoly of Authority will Definitely Lead to Corruption

The easiest place for embezzlement and corruption to appear is the place where power is the strongest and the most concentrated. In which departments and where does the strongest and most concentrated power lie? The answer is fields monopolized by the government, such as electricity, telecommunications, transport, banking, financial services, infrastructure and so on. The monopolized fields do not have competitors, and do not allow competitors to exist. All prices of products in the monopolized field are set by the producers themselves. The common people have no other choice because the product is unique. For instance, electricity is supplied by the nation,telephone is provided by the China Telecom, and banks belong to the government. All unreasonable cost is born by the common people.
Monopoly objectively reflects that China＇s social system is a corrupted system. The officials are representatives of the monopoly field. They are arrogant in front of the common people. Such an attitude shows that the power of the Chinese officials are inflating. Law is just decoration for them.
Because law is short of intimidation for the CCP officials, which resulted in that authority is bigger than laws. The Chinese officials are like a beast, embezzling and corrupting freely. For many years, the Chinese people have experienced a lot and suffered from many difficulties. They are expecting a democratic, free, fair and justic China to come as soon as possible.
