Before the reform of the Chinese society, only top officials were corrupted. However, after only 20 years, today, every official in China is corrupted regardless of their power. The officials try every means to bully the common people. Some of them do every evil thing to crazily and greedily request money to satisfy their personal benefit. Their lives are corrupted and degenerated. The Chinese government has fought corruption and arrested part of the corrupted officials; however, the officials who were not arrested become more corrupted than before; at last, the anti-corruption activity is only a slogan and empty show.

Corruption is in the center of China's current various social problems. Corruption is the inevitable outcome between the autocratic regime and market system in China. Corruption had led to the loss of State-owned assets, the social gap between the rich and the poor, imbalance of economic development, social inequalities and instability.

Anti-corruption experience of different countries in the world shows that all corruption problems are related to shortage of constriction on authority. Therefore, solution to all corruption problem in China depends on restricting power of the government and an uncorrupted , advancing and highly efficient social system, which is the democratic and free system.
