Once China is under a democracy system，officials of all level government will be elected by the people and their power will be granted by the people as well. The government and officials must take the accountability for people. Therefore，the trade of official titiles and the over concentration of power which cause corruption and embezzelment will be changed. Only under the democracy system，China can have independent legislation，nationalized milirary and independent entity power. People’s interest can be protected. The government power won’t become an instrument for officials to corrupt and maintain their privilege.By realizing press and speech freedom，people can freely express their opinions and the media can better supervise the society. Corruption can therefore be avoided. Democracy，freedom，human rights and legislation can be guaranteed.

A new government in China should be under democracy system and it msut be able to balance the relationship between government，parties and constitution. Constitution must be the supreme principles. A party wanting to enter government must obey constitution and all other laws. It must be elected and acknowledged by the people. Any party，organization and individual can’t domineer over the nationa and it’s laws. Seen from these，multi-party rule democratic political system can totally fit Chinese society in China.
