Chen，Min: CCP Government Can’t Trample People’s Human Rights

In many years，CCP’s irresonable behaviors on human rights problems have severely trampled Chinese people’s basic human rights. Facts have proven that a government not respecting human rights can never win the heart of people. To gain justice for the weak minority in China and promote human rights in Chinese society is the bound historical duty to all people with conscience.

In a normal nation，the country is a collective entity of charity，which means the only source of power is people’s will. Only under an autocratic government such as CCP ruled China，the country becomes instrument for privileged class to control economy and politics. The CCP government overlooks human rights for a long time. To protect the people’s human rights，one must start from ordinary people，not those with statues and identities. The weak minority in the margin of Chinese society should be the priority. When every Chinese citizens have real protection over their rights，human rights can then become a common notion in Chinese soceity. As a result，human rights can be significantly ameliorated.
