The main components of basic human rights are rights of survival，living，speech freedom，election and development. Protecting human rights is the base stone for Chinese government to establish a harmonious society. Chinese people must have harmony of life and the living environmen for peacefully enjoying life under reasonable life orders.

However，today’s Chinese society lacks an appropriate social system. There is no environment for fairness and legislation. Government officials are corruptive and oppress ordinary people. The society is still unsteady and under turmoil. In former six decades，ordinary Chinese don’t live happily and enjoy their life. Many areas are always poor and left behind. A large portion of the population still don’t have enough to dress themselves and eat without hunger. How can this society be steady? How can it be possible to maintain peace?

Facts have proven that the so-called “peace and oedered” harmonious society is only a building in the air. Therefore，the premise for a society under harmony is protecting basic human rights. Trampling human right will lead to social chaos and a lack of harmony.
