Chen,Yanmin: Attaching Importance To Environment Protection is Government’s Obligatory Responsibility

Chinese innovation open has been for thirty years. It is not heisted that Chinese economic development has some form. But environment pollution in China makes people worried up, especially in economy developing quickly areas. People are chasing economic development’s speed and efficiency, make environment protection becomes a weak part. At same time, because of economic advanced areas radiation usage, increase instant areas’ economic developing. But economy development scale of environment destroying is enlarged with economy development. It can say that environment protection has been bottleneck of Chinese economy developing.
In international, shouting of demanding CCP to emphasizing environment protection is higher and higher. Although Chinese environment protection work has made some improvement, scrap air, water and material is increasing. The main reason is Chinese government launch money in environment protection is not balance with money in economic developing. This causes environment protection is behind of economic developing. So this area enlarge environment pollution problem.
Why Chinese environment protection problem becomes world hard problem? This is because CCP one-party autocracy. One-party have no efficient inspection, makes this government during economic developing just chase economic benefits, not to emphasize environment protection problem as science way.
