Voice of America reports that March 11，2010，US government publishes an annual report on the human rights situation in countries around world. On the human rights problems in China，this report points out that the human right situation in China is deteriorating. Most obviously seen from government’s oppression and persecution of people with different political opinions. The free flow of internet information is restricted and even forbidden. In the report about human rights relating to 194 countries，China and Iran are severely crtiticized. In addition，the report celarly criticizes Guba，Mian，North Korea and son on. This report says that these countries have persecuted and murdered social activists and journalists.

The human rights situation in China haven’t improved much. Chinese government even restricts people to use internet. It not only strengthens supervision on internet，controls information and contents and blocks overseas websites，but also asks for censorship and punishes internet users violating regulations.

Chinese government should open up internet without conditions. An open internte can ameliorate human rights situation. Besides，Chinese governemnt should not be afraid of criticism on human rights from international society. It should listen to advices and suggestions. By educationg officials about legislation and asking them to respect basic human rights，we can establish a free，democratic，legislative society with good human rights.
