The features of CCP’s autocracy is that there is no law system, under which the Chinese society stays “people system” for a long time whose main traits are that the government statute represents legislation, the official words substitute legislation, supervisors’ will replace legislation, even the babbles from drunk officials take place of legislation.
Under such system, so called “law system” is subject to CCP’s autocracy, democracy and civil rights are abandoned. Legislations are specious, becoming CCP’s tool to tyrannize people and are the “gold brand” to cheat under which the CCP can tyrannize people, and rein people bloody. In the eyes of dictator, everything hinders autocracy is consider illegal and must be extirpated.
CCP’s autocracy is superior to law system which is used as a tool to annihilate those who are not concord with CCP and those dissidents. Actually, this is so called “red terror” hanging over every heads of citizens, making people fear and daring not to step forward. CCP’s law system becomes an empty sac that people cannot depend on while CCP dictator can call a stag a horse, becoming a manipulator of officials making them arrogant and unscrupulous. CCP’s autocracy makes law system exist in name only and also makes people awake, in other words, CCP will bear all the ill consequences of its own doings,. Extinction is an unavoidable consequence. CCP’s autocracy is certain to drop out of political scene. Democracy, freedom, civil rights and law system can be attained in China.
