Xie,Wenhong: Congratulations on Liu,Xiaobo’s 2010 Nobel Peace Prize

China is heading toward democratic constitution which is a historical trend no one can alter. Democratic constitution is the goal and ideal of China, but this goal can’t be accomplished at one stroke. This ideal can’t be accomplished smoothly, but rather relies on the hard work, struggle, bloodshed, or even the cost of life to obtain a fundamental breakthrough.
CCP’s autocracy has been ruling China for a long time, China as the only big autocratic country, democratic countries and people who love peace have realized the threat of this autocratic country. On the occasion of fighting for basic rights and assertion of rights by Chinese people, Liu,Xiaobo, the main drafter of 08 charter who was sentenced heavily for China’s democratic industry, became a leading figure fighting for human rights movements in China and around the world. On October 8,2010, the Nobel Peace Prize committee made a wise decision and granted the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize to Liu,Xiaobo. Mr. Liu,Xiaobo’s winning of the prize is fully deserved and we congratulate warmly for that.
