Regeneration of human beings is a natural law, and the reproduction chain is a necessary procedure in the regeneration of human beings. Pregnancy is the basic prerequisite for the circle of life. From the perspective of survival and basic biological property, this is also a normal condition in human development. Just like people eat food and go to sleep, pregnancy reflects basic rights of human beings. Fetus in female body has already possessed vital signs. Many countries in the world view abortion as violation of human relations, and is strictly forbidden by law. However, Chinese government takes compulsory measures to carry out family planning policy on the pretext of excessive population development and hindrance of economic development.
The policy has been conducted for many years, family planning offices often force pregnant women to abortion and feticide. This kind of practice doesn’t conform to regulations of law. Local family planning office has to approve for a smooth delivery of baby, and common people have no right to do such thing which severely violate women’s human rights.
The family planning policy by Chinese government damages the natural and objective principles of human existence and breeding. For so many years, family planning policy has treads on women’s body and mind and human rights; we strongly criticize the wrong doing of Chinese government and immediate cease of execution.
