Zhang,Zhiqiang:Environment protection is government’s responsibility

China has become a world factory, and due to huge consumption of resources, economic development has increasingly serious damage on environment, and come to abuse of limited resources. Though Chinese government has taken many measures to protect environment, some officials lacks resources protection awareness and duties to protect environment.
Though Chinese government created miracle of economic development at a high speed, the ignorance and greedy of some officials left terrible consequences: to pursue high output and high efficiency of economy, to connive emission of waste water, exhausts and industrial wastes without constraints.
Environmental protection not only includes protection of animals and forests, but also the air and water. Chinese government has responsibility to do the environment protection well and thoroughly, to disseminate and improve environmental awareness to the public, we hope Chinese government strictly enforce environmental laws, and increase capital input for environment protection. We all live on the same land, and own the same homeland, protecting environment needs laws of government and efforts of common people.
