Zhang,Zhiqiang:Distribution policy in Chinese government lacks equality and justice

In the reform and opening up, Chinese government has been enforcing “emphasis of efficiency, indifference of equality and justice”, and lost the equality and justice of income distribution system, the deficient system offers chances of sudden wealth in the whole society. Some officials under the guidance of “letting some people get rich first”, conducting power-money deals with their powers in hand, corruption and oppression of common people are very common situations.
The social system is not democratic in Chinese society, the distribution system is unfair, unjust, and nontransparent; power of government and officials lacks balance, administrative power becomes protective umbrella for unbalanced income of officials.
For several decades, Chinese society indeed has some people who get rich first, the wealth of these people depend on monopoly of resources by power, and by corruption; this kind of wealth doesn’t rely on abilities, but power. The truth proves that the distribution policy in Chinese government lacks equality and justice.
