Zhou,Wangbao:Government should not find reasons for corruption

Corruption in Chinese society has been very serious, and appeared in different groups, different social class, especially inside the government; it indeed is a matter Chinese people intensely dislike. The one-party autocracy is hotbed for all corruptions, the society lacks an independent judicial system which leads to more corruptions, China has been generally considered one of the most corrupted countries in the world.
The government should not always find objective reasons for serious corruption, say corruption is the inevitable outcome in the process of social development, say corruption is inevitable in economic development; these reasons have no factual basis and are misleading Chinese people.
What Chinese government currently should do is how to punish corruption, to prevent corruption, and to eradicate corruption. CCP as the potentate of the country, firstly should have determination to crack down corruption, and find reason for corruption systematically; the current deficiencies in the system is the fundamental reason of severe corruption.
