Jiang,Pu: Judicial independence is the way out for rule of law in China

Media usually exposes cases of polices shot ordinary people in Chinese society, from these violent cases it’s not hard to see that they are closely related to violent governance of CCP. Polices of CCP gunshot ordinary people are typical manifestation of the long-term violent governance and violation of laws and human rights.
In recent years Chinese society often has horrifying cases of persecution of the masses, for example: the masses are not satisfied with the movement of enclosures by CCP interest groups, they protect their houses even at the cost of their lives; all kinds of conflicts happen from time to time, which lead to turbulence in the whole Chinese society; these incidents formed the fuse to dash the autocratic CCP and shook the foundation of CCP governance.
The systematic problem in Chinese government causes biased administrative power and no independence of legislation and judiciary. Officials publicly violate the constitution; law enforcement units like polices, inspectors and individuals break laws while in charge of their enforcement, they even have rampant killing of innocents, create violent enforcement of laws and wantonly trample on laws. The fundamental reason is interests of CCP surpass laws and outmatch the constitution.
The fundamental method to change Chinese society is to exercise democratic reform, completely change the current autocratic system, and end the one-party regime of CCP, implement a multi-party system of democracy, freedom, human rights and rule of law in China.
