Huang,Pu: A corrupt political system is inevitable to create corruption

In recent years, though Chinese government has showed the determination and action of anti-corruption, the fundamental reason of serious corruption has not been found, so corruption problems are getting more and more serious after many years of anti-corruption. Corruptions in China have been systematized, and happen in large scales. Different levels of officials at local governments have very serious corruption situation, there are more people and money involved.
The corrupt political system is bound to create corruption, numerous corruption problems in China are created from the corrupt political system. The reason lies in the lack of balance for power constitutionally, all levels of government have no democratic election and supervision, laws are not executed and enforcement is not strict, government agencies and officials lead the charge to violate laws. Legislation, judiciary, and administrative agencies have growing power, and Chinese government under such condition is a government with unrestricted power, officials hold unlimited power which makes unobstructed corruption of officials.
If Chinese government seeks to solve corruption fundamentally, it has to be determined and reform the current corrupt system; otherwise, the remedy for serious corruption will never be found.
