Cui,Yunxiang: Improve environment for freedom of speech

Freedom of speech is basic human rights. Human beings are enslaved once there is no freedom of speech. Anyone doesn’t want to be enslaved so freedom of speech should be considered a basic human rights.
In today’s Chinese society, freedom of speech is restricted by the government. Since China is a autocratic country, though the constitution has regulations regarding freedom of speech, Chinese people only have freedom to praise the government, no freedom to criticize the government. In democratic countries, however, government regulates on the constitution that people have freedom of speech, not only rights to praise the government, but also to criticize the government.
Freedom of speech as the important basic human rights is like air and water to human body. Chinese government should actualize freedom of speech in the constitution first, then people’s freedom of speech can be improved.
