Chao,Yongjun: Chinese government must stop amass fortune unlawfully

Only a short while ago, in the process of ownership change of state-owned enterprises, they few who have power made a fortune overnight and became millionaires or even billionaires; workers who contributed to enterprises were laid-off, and have to maintain a minimum standard of living with only two or three hundred Yuan; some owners who made fortune by exploiting labor, oppressing prostitutes, cheating on labor and materials. They are very rich and those work for them are struggling for life.
Though poor people are vulnerable group, they know very clear that rich people are social worms, and every penny of their money is full of blood, how can they not hate rich people? Should these rich people be protected, or punished by morality and laws?
The government always advocates ruling the country by law, and facilitate legal system, prevent speculation and corruption with regular economic rules. If economy is running properly and laws are perfect, truly rule the country by law, people can gain fruits of their labor by their skills, corruption and criminal cases will greatly reduced, people will have less complaints about the government and society. All of these need guarantee of a democratic constitutionalism.
