Liu,Runxia: The way out for China is rule of law

The constitution stipulated by Chinese governemnt is sedomly considered the fundamental law in China, as the foundation to rule the country, it hasn’t set up the dignity and authority regardless of laws and regulations issued these years, citizen rights and political rights granted by the constituiton hasn’t be realized for a long time.
The Chinese society nowadays can’t truly supervise the CCP in power and government officialsno matter the media, ordinary people or so-called democratic parties. Citizen rights of Chinese people are basically deprived, officials are not elected by votes, any citizen can’t supervise the government and officials, thus created the rule of men situation.
A few decades of reform and opening up resulted in economic achievement and social wealth being taken by a few, officials publicly corrupt and the trend is getting worse, the essentical reason lies in unrealized rights granted by constitution, and no rule of law, they way out for China is the democratic political reform, totally abandon rule of men and realize rule of law.
