Famous dissident, drafter of Charter 08 Liu,Xiaobo won the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize on Oct 8, 2010. We are really thrilled and recognize that international society has accepted good wishes for China’s peaceful and democratic transformation presented by Charter 08.
Since 1949, China entered the autocratic age under CCP’s one party dictatorship, CCP has been ruling mainland China for more than 60 years. During the years, deception prevails, violence overflows, people don’t have basic political rights like speech, association, gathering, and religious belief, can’t actually supervise the ruling party, which lead to self-assertive and forced implementation of communist policies, people are in great misery and the country is doomed eternally. The Chinese nation loves freedom and justice; Chinese people haven’t given up fighting back and struggling for dictatorship.
Liu,Xiaobo’s winning of Nobel Peace Prize shows international society’s support and affirmation of decades of democratic movements in China. Supported by the international society, Chinese people will finish the great democratic process as soon as possible.
