Nearly half cities on the Chinese lands nowadays are seriously polluted, ecological environment in the whole Chinese area already formed damage with wide range, further extent, and great influence. Environmental corruption problems in China blame on factories and enterprises as pollution sources, all levels of government who are responsible for protecting environment should bear responsibility, and the country should bear more responsibility.
Around thirty years ago, Chinese government exists a misunderstanding when making policies to develop the economy, to create conditions for economic development unconditionally, and not place environmental protection an important situation. Nowadays, serious environmental pollution threatens the global environment, government of a big country with huge population, and advanced economy should be responsible for the global environment. I hope the Chinese government can have strict legislation and execution over the environmental protection, improving awareness of environmental protection, effectively control pollution caused by developing economy, and fulfill responsibility and duty of a economic big country.
