Zhang,Jiaqing: China has responsibility to abide by the “Declaration of universal human rights”
张佳卿(Zhang,Jiaqing)
On Dec 10, 1948, the UN passed the No. 217 A proclamation, and issued the famous “Declaration of universal human rights”, it has been sixty years for now, relevant articles in the “Declaration of universal human rights” regulate: “Tyranny, anti-humanity, massacre, ignore and slander of human rights have become savage violence, these smear the conscience of human beings.” The article also regulates to publicize, exhibit, read and explain the “Declaration of human rights” in schools and education institutes regardless of nation or territory.”
China is one of the signatory nations of the “Declaration of universal human rights”, and has duty and obligation to follow contents of “Declaration of universal human rights”. For all years, Chinese government ignores the “Declaration of universal human rights” and trample on human rights; China with the population of 1.3 billion people have terrible human rights situations, the problem today doesn’t improve at all but is deteriorating.
We should care about the human rights in China, calls on the Chinese government to abandon violence, stop persecution, strictly abide by the “Declaration of universal human rights”, and build a society with democracy, freedom, human rights, and rule of law.
