Cheng,Hong: Dictatorship lead to undesirable extension of official power
成红(Cheng,Hong)
Common people in mainland China always say “officials can do anything for power and money”. The fact is true, bad things like dissipate and go whoring of officials are very serious. Officials openly choose to use violence and dark forces, which mean laws lack deterrence for them and power surpasses law.
Whoever has power owns everything in the current Chinese society. It objectively reflects the arrogant metal attitude of power monopolies. Such mental attitude also reflects undesirable extension of official power and acting like hooligans. When people surrounding them flatter and toady to them, they would believe there is nothing they can’t do and dare not do, even at the cost of violence.
When a society still insists on the autocratic political system, when a society still refuses freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of association, when power is still have black case work, power is like a beast full of blood and violence. Let us call for the earlier days of a democratic and free China.
