Shi,Bin: China need rule of law not rule of men

CCP dictatorship has govern China for over 60 years, the characteristics of CCP is not rule of law, but rule of men. For the 60 years of CCP regime, official wills supreme the constitution, part of CCP officials openly express that what they say is law, what they do is executing law, and law is like to CCP officials.
In these years, mainland China has rule of men movements again and again, the ultimate result is, to solve all problems in Chinese society is to totally abandon the constitution, officials have the last word, it created unprecedented rule of men cases; launched large scale rule of men storm, which is typical phenomenon of trample on freedom and human rights.
A note, a telephone of CCP officials can get things done, can decide the result of cases, and totally disregard laws. Conclusions of many cases are determined by official wills, which is not only a huge sarcasm for Chinese constitution, but also the most ridiculous thing on the development history of Chinese society.
