Jin,Rilong: Success of anti-corruption in China lies in rule of law

The four transportation directors in Henan province were dismissed from office because of corruption, and their sayings of incorrupt government spread on the press. They pledged in all sincerity and seriousness at first, but were removed from office and investigated for corruption. A summery of their saying is as follows:
The first director wrote a blood letter of “on my word of honor as a communist party member, I promise not to take a penny”, but was sentenced 15 years in prison for corruption.
The second director made a slogan “Let an incorrupt government spread on the highway”, but was sentenced lifetime imprisonment for corruption.
The third director put forward “No bribe of ill-gotten wealth”, but was sentenced lifetime in prison for corruption.
The fourth director also denounced roads chaos righteously, but was arrested for bribery. This is a miniature of CCP officials corrupt one after another.
CCP in these years has been highlighting “anti-corruption institutionally”, but refuses to pass sunlight bill” which has separation of power; it once shouted “political reform” but even doesn’t touch “separation of the party and the government”, and has exchange of right and money, exchange of power and sex, repeated corruption under the socialist characteristics in China. Chinese people has lost hope for CCP’s anti-corruption and political reform, and lost trust of the government. Chinese government must understand a simple reason, that anti-corruption lies in a democratic system with separation of power.
