Expanding production output, pursuing economic benefits are economic development goals for enterprises, many factories in China develop various products surrounding this goal, for many years, factories contributed a lot for economic development in China. This is obvious to all, however, these factories neglect the damage of waste on environment, and most factories directly discharge waste gas, waste water, and waste residue into the natural environment without cleaning, environmental pollution has become a bottleneck for economic development in China, and an important factor which restricts economic development.
During the economic development, any government should emphasize environmental protection, enhance legislation and enforcement. Today, Chinese society has increasing environmental pollution problems, which have arouse concerns in international society and environmental protection organizations; they request the Chinese government to pay attention to environmental protection one after another. As a populous country and economic country, Chinese government should intensify efforts to protect environment, develop purifying equipments and clean energy, and make contribution to environmental protection.
