The Chinese society controlled by CCP has corrupt officials of all levels, which has become a well known thing in Chinese society. If you don’t fete guests and distribute gifts when you want to get something done, ordinary people can’t get any thing done. The so-called rule seems to become a common understanding in this corrupt society.
Chinese people are victims of corruption; corruption violates peoples’ interests and human rights. Only those who experienced corruption and harmed by it know what corruption means. Only victims of corruption know what evil corrupt officials are. Only victims of corruption know what it is like to be persecuted by corrupt officials.
The Chinese government has to rules, according to officials, what they said are rules; officials make things for the public and anti-corrupt themselves. Such anti-corruption means of CCP are defiling public opinion, and their conducts are shameful. Therefore, CCP monopolies power for anti-corruption, and don’t allow the people to against corruption. CCP thinks that real anti-corruption would fluctuate its regime and CCP can’t weaken it monopoly power because of anti-corruption.
