Since CCP took power, the usual pattern is to change policies constantly. From encouraging people to procreate to strictly control people to procreate is a example: To control too fast population growth rate, Chinese government regulated family planning policy, and set it a basic national policy and forcefully popularized it nation wide. Family planning policy is a national policy that changes a lot.
From the point of natural development, CCP is the one who should be responsible for damages of population stability. For many years, Chinese government hasn’t improved lives of the people, hasn’t solved problems of education, medical treatment, housing and others, pass the buck to huge population and too fast population growth rate.
Chinese people who look for civilization, morality and prosperity can’t accept family planning policy in the long run. The policy has precondition of forcing to slow down population growth and at the cost of serious violation of human rights. Family planning policy totally runs counter to natural development of human beings. Chinese government should abandon family planning policy; Chinese population must keep benign balance; must abide by rules and principles of natural science.
