Zhu，Jiahua：Internet extend space for freedom of speech in China

Chinese people like internet especially the young, because there is relative freedom of speech on the internet, the most needed in Chinese society is freedom of speech. Many Chinese people are afraid of criticizing illegal conducts of corrupt officials; some people can only expose corruption of officials on the internet. However, regardless of speeches, words, or criticism and suggestion, Chinese government sternly controls freedom of speech, and that is the condition of no freedom of speech in China.
The fast development of internet expands space of freedom of speech for Chinese people, and also brings info crisis and believe crisis to Chinese government. Chinese government has a love-hate relationship with the internet. Therefore, Chinese government advocates people to enter internet, but also control internet and block sensitive websites which spread democratic and free ideas, and block sensitive words on website.
Chinese society should develop economy, reform politics, and guarantee basic human rights of people. Open freedom of speech which is a joint demand for Chinese people, and Chinese government must respect choices of people.
