People living in Chinese society have no freedom of speech, they can’t express their speech freely, because government restricts speeches: ban free topics of people; doesn’t allow to say speeches that the government impacts stability and unity; doesn’t allow to criticize political party; doesn’t allow to criticize “party and leaders”.

People can only say things according to media reports, media reports whatever the government says, and the people have to say the same; otherwise the people will be charged with harming social stability; or even inciting subversion of state power. Chinese government has totally robbed people’s freedom of speech.

Chinese people have rights of freedom of speech, and China needs a free environment for speech; the environment has to be guaranteed by democratic system. Implementing democratic and free system in China can solve freedom of speech for the people, and only through this way can truly let Chinese people to own freedom of speech.
