Corruption is a social phenomenon in China, corruption problems has made unequal distribution in Chinese society, officials accumulate wealth through illegal means, and add burdens as well as daily stress to the people. Inequalities in wealth made many people live in poverty, unequal distribution made social conflicts more acute.
The autocratic system in China is the source of corruption and unequal distribution, officials have absolute power in their hands and they can have money-power exchange easily. To solve these problems, Chinese government determined to make political reform and democratic elections.
Chinese people don’t want to live in poverty any more, people hope they can elect government, and a government elected by people is an honest and clean government; only elected by people can serve the public and effectively control official corruption.
