More than 30 years ago, the Chinese government, for the control population quantity, has released “the birth control policy”, which regulated a pair of child-bearing age husband and wife have only a child and the right of having a child must be decided by government＇s policy. For many years, China＇s birth control policy has hindered Chinese woman＇s human rights improvement and woman’s progress. Birth control policy releasing and its execution, has intervened people＇s family life forcefully. The birth control policy” is a violent obscurantist policy.
When Chinese all levels of the government implement birth control policy, officials constituted the injury to woman＇s body even beyond people＇s imagination. Government＇s birth control section has organized the personnel to catch pregnant woman violently, if officials find that the pregnant woman do not to obtain government＇s birth permit, they used the compulsory abortion, even carry on the sterilization ligation which will led life-long not giving birth. For most women “the birth control policy” has had the photophobia to the government.
The Chinese government must first let the people have the basic right to survival, with this right people will make development, but the birth control policy was strangling the human life, and was eliminating person＇s right to survival. We strongly appealed that the Chinese government abolishes “the birth control policy” as soon as possible.
