Guo, Jun: China must implement freedom of speech

In the Chinese government＇s constitution stipulated explicitly: The Chinese people have the freedom of speak, publication, assembly, organization, parade, and demonstration. But the fact is not true. For many years, the Chinese people have no the freedom of speech, and they cannot speak publicly, cannot make comment on government, also cannot criticize government official. Although under the constitution provision, people have the freedom of speech, actually the government never carry out this rights. The freedom of speech provision is only one kind form of language expression. Today the Chinese government already completely eliminated people＇s freedom of speech.
To solve the problem of Chinese people freedom of speech, based on Chinese reality, the despotic system cannot open the freedom of speech. Therefore, only to promote the democracy reform in China, can people enjoy the freedom of speech. At present, the best way of open of free speech is to establish a multi-party democratic system, to create a good condition for Chinese to implement freedom of speech.
