China＇s environmental problems is not optimistic. The government is developing economy, and does not attach importance to environmental protection. The wastewater treatment plants in many factories are poorly equipped, and industrial wastewater of a number of factories directly discharged without any treatment; also piled up industrial wastes in the natural environment. All this cause the destruction of the ecological environment of China and the world. Air is polluted in some areas in China; many clear rivers become cloudy; blue sky in the past has been dark in today, green mountains has been bare.
We have known that pollution of the environment has caused serious consequences. The Chinese government must take active action and called on all citizens to protect the environment and caring for their homes. At present, what the Chinese government must do are: , first, to strengthen environmental legislation, to increase investment in environmental protection; second, to set up measures, to reduce industrial pollution; third, protecting forests, protecting wetlands, protecting water resources. Let all the people know a simple truth: developing economy, protecting environment.
