Zheng, Libin: Multipartism must be executed to avoid corruptive officials

According to the media report, in the standing committee member group discussion in China, Zhang, Wenkang, the member of national standing committee and the former director of the sanitation bureau said, some children said they want to be a corruptive official when they were asked their dreams in the future, because the corruptive officials earn a large amount of money. We can see that the corruptive officials are really common under the dictatorship of Chinese Communist.
An occasional word of the children made us meditate and the children won’t tell lies. We can see that the society under the rule of Chinese Communist dictatorship is so corruptive and the corruptive officials is so common, and they could corrupt so much money, by a child saying that he want to be a corruptive official. Why the child said that? I think the basic reason is the defect of the social system. The corruptive officials do everything for money, and all the officials cover each other under the Chinese Communist dictatorship, which made the ordinary people have no place to speak out the injustice. “The gate of the government office always faces the south; do not come in if you have no money but justification.” The corruptive officials want just the money, not justification. But how many corruptive officials got well ending? Are the corruptive officials more stupid than the children? I don’t think so. The main reason is that there are too many corruptive officials under the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist.
The basic reason that the corruptive officials have no fear and made big fortune is the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist. There are mainly four points:
First, the power that the Chinese Communist gives the corruptive officials is too big under the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist, and no separation of the party and the politics.
Second, the congress, the administration and the legislation are all holding by the Chinese Communist under the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist. There is no legislation independence.
Third, there is no press freedom in China under the rule of the Chinese Communist. The journalists of the Chinese media also cove the corruptive officials.
Fourth, the Chinese Communist does not believe in the God and they are arrogant because of the atheism.
We must come to the critical point in anti-corruption. Firstly, executing multipartism, separate the party and the politics. The officials can not cover each other, but check and balance. Secondly, legislative independence. The legislation department can not be controlled by any parties. The corruptive officials should be given more economic punishment besides resign. Thirdly, press freedom, the government officials must be supervised by the media and the people.
