30 years ago, the Chinese government made the birth control polity by the excuse of over speed population increase, and control of birth population to develop the economy, and spread it all over the country. A lot of birth control offices were set up and a huge birth control execution team founded. Many women of child-bearing age were forced abortion, ringed, ligation, and even kill the infants inside the body by drugs and machine by violence.
Chinese women started to suffer from inhuman, unfair and injustice and they have no place to redress their grievance. They can not protect themselves by normal legal way, and they can not solve the problem by normal legal way. Some victims can only redress for themselves by appealing to higher governor and protest. The legislation and execution of birth control policy proves that ruled by people have replaced ruled by law.
From today’s perspective, the so-called national policy, birth control policy, almost deprived all human right of Chinese women during the decades since it established. The birth control policy could have been a good thing, but the Chinese governor tortured the women’s body in the name of birth control, and punishes the one have children outside the state plan, and break the nature balance of human structure. All the truth tells us, the birth control policy is just trample of human right in China, and it should be terminated immediately.
