Xu, Han: Government should provide good environment to improve human right

The international community has bees focused on the condition of human right in China for many years. The democratic countries are worried about the human right problem in China, and suggest proposals to improve the human right in China in the United Nation General Assembly for many times, asking the Chinese government to take core steps to improve the human right, suggesting the government make conversation with the people on human right, so as to improve the moral improvement in the society in China. But the Chinese government put aside all the proposals of improving the human right suggested by the international community, and they keep on capturing the dissident and trampling the basic human right of the people.
Chinese government and officials always violate the basic human right of the people, and many government officials persecute the people for their interest and even threaten the people. Some government officials considered the government as the law, and the government officials represent the law, and the people do whatever the government officials ordered. The country ruled by man replaced ruled by the law.
The people who love democracy, peace and freedom keep on calling on improving the human right in China, so the Chinese government should pay attention to improving the human right in China, and ruled by the law, and put the power under the restriction of law and supervision of the people, because the power of the government is from the people. So the good condition of improving human right can be only be made by stopping persecution and release the dissidents.
